Lillian Jones Museum |
Jackson County is very fortunate to
have its own historical and cultural museum which provides unique
opportunities for residents and visitors alike. The home formerly owned
by Lillian Jones, whose family was active in the early business and
social past of Jackson County, was left to be used as a museum to
encourage and preserve the history of Jackson County. In addition to
preserving the history of the area, the museum strives to implement new
programs, exhibits, and events of interest for the education and
enjoyment of the community. |
